Job Description:
Knowledge Expert - Digital Banking - (The Boston Consulting
Group, Inc. - New York, NY): Complement the depth and scope of our
consulting engagements within the digital banking sector by facilitating
and coordinating qualitative research requests and sophisticated
quantitative analyses, performing digital end-to-end process optimization,
and executing business process management. Specific duties include: process
research requests within the digital banking sector while also serving as
a financial institutions expert/advisor for case and topic/sector
teams; perform industry benchmarking and internal investments in order
to develop and extend specialized digital banking topic knowledge and
enhance intellectual capital and reusable tools; support BCG consultants
with industry-specific data and insights in the digital banking
sector; influence the shaping and direction of Digital Banking’s
knowledge agenda; and write large portions of proposal/selling documents in order
to lead the Digital Banking Practice Area’s proposal engagement work within
the financial services industry. Requires a Master's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (willing to accept
foreign education equivalent) and six (6) years of financial services
experience which must include at least three (3) years of experience acting
as a direct contact for internal and external client requests.
Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement
not applicable to this section) – must possess the following: (i)
End-to-end business process design; (ii) Business process management; (iii)
Delivering sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses and insights
to external and internal clients; (iv) Benchmarking operational
processes across financial services organizations; (v) Coordinating across
diverse internal and external capabilities and sources to deliver
research, analyses, and insights; (vi) Interacting and presenting to
senior executives; (vii) Selecting technology tools and managing
technology vendor relationships; and (viii) Preparing and writing proposals for
consulting services. Multiple positions available. Must have
unrestricted authorization to work in U.S. M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 45+
