Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff
within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the
delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment,
ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our
residents.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of nurses and
support staff within the unitDevelop and implement care plans,
ensuring individualized resident careSupervise daily operations,
including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocationConduct
regular assessments to maintain quality standards and
complianceProvide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing
staffCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident

a Unit Manager include:Valid state nursing licenseAdvanced degree
or certification preferredExperience in a supervisory or leadership
role in a Long-Term Care setting preferredCompassionate and
empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs
of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with
bothStrong clinical, leadership, organizational, and
