it.Compensation OverviewThe annual base salary range provided for
this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad
range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual
salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors,
including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the
skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the
candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our
comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also
eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary

supporting Claim, you will collaborate with Technology and Business
leaders and apply your knowledge of modern technology to influence
and innovate solutions that impact the business. In this role we
will look to you to:- Assist in designing a modern data and
analytics architecture to enable the business's vision of the
future of Claim- Be an expert and drive architecture in one or more
areas of data storage (Data Lakes and Warehouses), data
integration, Business Intelligence and analytics- Partner with
cloud and security architects, data and software engineers to
implement cutting-edge but pragmatic solutions that will
enablebusiness outcomes using a combination of deep technical
skills, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills- Keep up
with marketing trends in the Data & Analytics area and identify new
opportunities of technologies & solutions; you will be part of the
team driving the technology selection and partner with an

You Do?Designs cloud based and hybrid solutions to support the
analytics and information delivery needs of our customers, enabling
data driven decisions throughout the organization.Architecture
responsibility within a major segment of Technology Architecture in
support of the Claim business unitLeads technology proof of
concepts to ensure feasibility of architecture solutionsHands-on
prototyping of new technology solutionsPartner with Data and
Software Engineering to execute proof of technologiesProvides
architecture direction for engineers in support of a technical
patternDisplays strong thought leadership in pursuit of modern
architecture principals and technology modernizationDrives
continuous technology transformation to minimize technical
debtCreate a partnership with Data EngineeringLooks for
opportunities to capitalize on technology advances through analysis
of key industry and technology trends to assess potential impact on
the enterpriseParticipates in defining target state technology
architecture and roadmapsEnsures alignment of IT initiatives with
the target stateBuilds strong partnership with engineering to
