As the candidate moves from Trainee to Operator, they must have the mechanical aptitude to learn and operate a complicated machine that produces paper bags at a high rate of speed.Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available. Read and verify line orders/dockets. Effectively monitor production equipment. Complete daily production paperwork. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
