We're seeking a Director of Facilities with a strong background in property management, capable of overseeing all building-related activities. This position ensures the smooth operation of our facilities, focusing on safety, efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of our properties. Description Lead all CAPEX for a sizable portfolio Oversee all facility operations ensuring efficiency and safety. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures. Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments. Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors. Profile A successful Director of Facilities should have: LIHTC experience Strong CAPEX experience Excellent knowledge of property management and maintenance. Strong understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Good analytical/critical thinking. BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field. Job Offer Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 USD.
