Camelot Print & Copy Centers proudly serves the Capital Region and
the Mid-Hudson Valley, New York. Position Summary Reporting to the
Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is
responsible for delivering products to customer locations,
educating current and prospective customers, answering questions
and closing opportunities for follow on sales with existing
accounts and new accounts. Success in this position is dependent
upon the Customer Service Representatives ability to be customer
focused, detail oriented, rapidly build relationships, listen,
solve problems and increase sales. How Youll Make an Impact Become

Learn, understand and communicate all product offerings, the
specific characteristics of each and benefits to the client
Responsible for ensuring all scheduled orders are properly
delivered Greet customers, provide an exceptional customer
experience consistent with company mission Listen, ask relevant
questions and obtain necessary information to assist the customer
in error-free completion of their project Embrace Camelot Print &
Copy Centers sales methodology in an effort to source and foster
new customer relationships Respond to sales phone and email
inquiries professionally, quickly and without error What You Must
Bring to This Role High school diploma or general education degree
(GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience -
required Associates degree from a 2-year college and/or 4 years
related experience or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience - desired Demonstrated success rapidly
building and maintaining customer facing relationships - required
Demonstrated success selling - required Proven success working
independently - required Demonstrated competence in Microsoft
Office, (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - required Proven comfort
handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining poise and patience - required Exposure to and comfort
with basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division - required Valid drivers license free
from traffic violations - required Commitment to operate safely and
effectively - required A history of exceptional attention to detail
and commitment to "doing things right the first time" - required
