both develop and teach the following 200-level course:
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Upon completion of this course, students should be able to be
awarded a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.Please take a look at

over the Summer 2023 and be offered in Fall 2023 or Spring
2024.Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree required in a business
or technology major.Incumbents are required to have demonstrated
advanced knowledge and abilities in the following: -
- Five years' experience in leading or participating in process
improvement change initiatives.Incumbents must possess proven
ability to effectively work with a culturally, linguistically, and
ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and student. They are expected
to have excellent oral and written communication skills -along with
strong -Information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)Substitutions

compelling reasons.Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Prior online teaching experience.
- Experience incorporating technology to enhance the learning
environment, e.g., -Blackboard, online instruction or other
modalities/software.Starting Salary:Faculty are paid on a per
