Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet students' unique learning needs and abilities. Utilize specialized instructional strategies to support early childhood students with diverse learning challenges. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, parents, and colleagues, to maximize student progress. Monitor and document student growth and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic development. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher. Experience working with early childhood populations in special education settings. Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Ability to design creative, engaging lesson plans that address multiple learning styles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff. Commitment to continuous professional growth and collaboration.
