meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
paraprofessional opportunity is available in Wilmington, VT,
offering dedicated support to students in an on-site classroom
environment. This role involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00
AM to 3:00 PM, providing 1:1 or small group assistance tailored to
individual student needs. The position primarily supports
elementary students but requires flexibility to assist high school
students if necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Support students
academically and behaviorally within the classroom. - Provide
individualized assistance, focusing on 1:1 or small group settings
depending on student requirements. - Collaborate with teachers and
staff to implement instructional strategies and behavior plans. -
Maintain a consistent presence to enhance student learning and
classroom management. Qualifications: - Experience as a
paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting. -
Ability to work effectively with students exhibiting diverse
learning and behavioral needs. - Flexibility to support both
elementary and high school students when required. - Commitment to
maintaining an onsite schedule and fostering a supportive learning
environment. Location: Wilmington, Vermont This contract-to-hire
position offers a consistent schedule and competitive pay, with a
maximum rate of $24 per hour. Starting as soon as possible, this
role has the potential to extend into the next school year,
