Job Description:
C.T. Male Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced
Project Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will be crucial in leading civil engineering projects that span the
planning, design, and management of infrastructure such as roads,
bridges, dams, and buildings. This position provides a challenging
and rewarding opportunity to apply innovative engineering solutions
in various environmental and architectural projects, ensuring both
sustainability and functionality. Design, develop, and oversee
construction projects ensuring compliance with government standards
and building codes. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data
(maps, reports, tests, drawings and other). Carry out technical and
feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical
specifications. Assess potential risks, materials and costs, and
provide time estimates for project completion. Handle over the
coordination of all project participants (construction workers,
architects, contractors, and consultants). Manage budgeting, stock,
and project resources. Ensure project feasibility through continual
evaluation of structural integrity and environmental impact.
Communicate and interact with clients and stakeholders, reporting
on project status. Proficiency in design and calculation software
(AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.). Strong project management and
supervision skills. Deep understanding of engineering principles
and safety standards. Excellent knowledge of design and
visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar. Risk
management and ability to assess compliance with health and safety
regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Capability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
