Controls is seeking individuals who want to join our
precision-driven manufacturing team as CNC Operator and
Machinist-in-Training. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated

aerospace capability 40 hours per week Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with experienced Set up Machinists and operate various
CNC machining centers to produce precision components per
engineering specifications and drawings. On the job training to
enhance skills for reading and interpret complex blueprints,
GD&T specifications, and setup sheets. Learn to perform
in-process inspections and finished parts inspections. Learn to
select appropriate tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds to optimize
productivity and part quality. Learn and execute routine
maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal
machine performance. Maintain documentation and records for
production runs, tool usage, and machine setup parameters.
Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production
teams to improve machining processes and resolve technical
challenges. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and
maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements
Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent hands-on
experience in a CNC machining environment, with demonstrated
experience in operating. Experience in the use of precision
measurement instruments including micrometers, calipers, height
gauges, and dial indicators. Understanding of material properties
(e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel) and cutting tool
technology. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
while consistently delivering high-quality results. Experience with
Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC control platforms preferred. Physical
Requirements: Ability to stand at a machining workstation for
extended periods. Capability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Must
be physically able to navigate the warehouse and access inventory
at various heights.
