A Magnet designated acute care hospital located in central Connecticut is currently searching for an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager Occupational Health to join their award-winning healthcare team.For more than a century, this leading healthcare organization has provided world-class acute care services to the surrounding communities. The main campus includes an award-wining intensive care unit, single room model maternity units, wound care and hyperbaric center, a leading skilled nursing facility, and an established surgical center.The Registered Nurse Case Manager will join a comprehensive Occupational Health program that provides a variety of cost-effective services. The services provided include injury management, substance abuse testing, immunization services, onsite rehabilitation services, diagnostic testing, consultation, and education services. The RN Case Manager will partner with Senior Leaders and Physicians to establish financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals. The RN Case Manager will monitor goals regularly to ensure the Occupational Health practice is providing efficient and quality care. The RN Case Manager is overall responsible for the occupational medical management program for the system.Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program of Nursing, Occupational Health specific Nursing degree preferred
• Current state nursing licensure in Connecticut
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse COHN certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Occupational Health settingThis facility is located in central Connecticut, a region that attracts many young professionals and families.
