You'll Do**The Manager, Stanley Leadership Global Program Lead will
play a key role in driving the integration, standardization, and
framework design for the newly formed enterprise wide early in
career rotational program within Global Operations. This high
visibility role will be responsible for setting the strategic
direction, attracting talent, rotational program management, and
driving post program initiatives (retention efforts, alumni
engagement efforts etc.) growing this program into a best in class
operations leadership program. You'll get to:+ Act as main point of
contact for and lead the global execution of the Global Operations
Stanley Leadership Program rotational program aimed at early career
talent who want to purpose a career in Supply Chain (manufacturing,
distribution, demand planning, sourcing, lean, Industry 4, 0, and
Quality).+ Partner with business leaders and HR leaders to
determine and prioritize strategic rotational assignments and post
program placements.+ Create a 3yr strategic roadmap that will drive
program consistency globally and enable program scalable to new
regions/countries.+ Coordinate global program report outs,
communications meetings, and host SLP champion calls with the
purpose of keeping leadership team members apprised of the Global
Ops SLP program including key metrics, current SLPs and their
projects/assignments along with any major alumni milestones.+ Act
as the HR business partner to SLPs within the program and for the
Operations Executive Sponsors of the program.+ For North America
based SLP cohorts act as key HR support including but not limited
to conduct candidate screening, interviews, performance management,
and coordination of in program and post program assignments.+ Other

management, business administration or closely related field and 5+
years of experience in a human resources+ Experience with High
Performance Manufacturing/Distribution plants is preferred+ Strong
problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and
diagnose problems and make recommendations+ Natural curiosity to
solve complex problems in creative ways.+ Strong interpersonal
skills including the ability to create and promote an inclusive
environment of diverse talent+ Excellent and proven communicator -
both verbally and written; (ability to give executive summary
presentations a plus)+ Excellent client service skills and the
capacity to understand multiple business units/functions+ Ability
to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail+ Must be able
to maintain confidentiality.+ Experience using web-based job boards
and other online recruiting sources; handshake a plus+ Data
analytics capability and knowledge.+ Ability to think/reason
