Assistant Director of Admissions, Visitor Experience LiaisonThe
OpportunityLesley University is seeking an Assistant Director of
Admissions, Visitor Experience Liaison, to join our undergraduate
admissions team. Collaborating with the VP/AVP of Enrollment and
reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions, the Assistant
Director will be an integral part of the Enrollment team. This role
is responsible for overseeing a recruitment territory and will
serve the visit experience liaison for the undergraduate admissions
team. The Assistant Director is expected to travel to regional and
national recruitment events, meet with prospective students and
families, evaluate applications for admission to our undergraduate
programs, and assist with building and coordinating the daily visit
experiences for prospective students. The ideal candidate will
collaborate with colleagues within the Enrollment Initiatives
division as well as build cross-departmental connections to aid in
successful recruitment efforts. Additional responsibilities and
projects will be assigned by senior leadership.Qualities and
CapabilitiesA successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree
required.Superior written, verbal, and public speaking
communication skills.Manage databases and input data using a CRM,
Colleague, Microsoft Word, and Excel.1-3 years' experience working
in higher education and/or customer service settings.Valid U.S
