- LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island,
Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. -The client for this
project is the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).Please provide
references upon resume submission.ResponsibilitiesThe
Pre-Construction Project Manager will manage outside consultants to
achieve design deliverable milestones. -
- Read, review, interpret and comprehend designs provided by
project design team
- Responsible for the construction and rehabilitation project
designs for various clients
- Work on projects that are budget and deadline driven and
require extensive knowledge of building and fire codes,
architectural standards
- Supervise and review specifications and drawings as submitted
by Architects and design personnel
- Review technical work of consultants
- Reviewing for constructability
- Review construction estimates
- Working with engineering consultants, and coordinating
documents with MEP, Civil and Structural drawings
- Confer with client agencies and contractors
- Supervise consultant work
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards
are met at various stages of the project
- Coordinate and supervise complex architectural - projects for
new and rehabilitation of building plans and designs
- Identify and resolve problems and conflicts, organizing
meetings and cooperating with team members in various roles as
necessaryQualifications -
- Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in
Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related
field
- Ability to understand, review and approve design work
- Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical
issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction
involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation
projects
- A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a role of Assistant
Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above
$10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of
construction and construction documents
- Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and
the review/approval of contractor's payment application - -Our

- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith
believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the
advertised position. **Exact compensation will be determined on the
individual candidate's qualifications and location -
