If you're driven to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join us in reshaping the future of mental healthcare.About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead our employer channel strategy. This executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with employers, benefits leaders, and third-party administrators (TPAs) to expand access to our mental health solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employer benefits, healthcare partnerships, and B2B business development, with a track record of successfully driving revenue and impact through employer-based partnerships.Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing live-saving solutions.   • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow partnerships with employers, benefits consultants, TPAs, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage potential employer partners, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements that increase access to and drive utilization of our program
  • Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets for the employer channel, leveraging partnerships to expand our reach and impact
  • Market Positioning: Conduct market research and work closely with marketing, product, and clinical teams to align messaging, tailor offerings to employer needs, and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, product/engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation and execution of employer partnerships
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to position us as a leader in employer-driven mental health solutions
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and insights to track partnership performance, optimize strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.Requirements
    • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on employer benefits and healthcare solutions.
    • Deep understanding of employer-sponsored benefits, HR decision-making processes, and the evolving landscape of mental health and well-being programs.
    • Proven track record of securing and scaling high-impact partnerships with Fortune 1000 employers, benefits brokers, and TPAs.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
