Job Description:
Currently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner -
Community Based Health to fill an opening with a new
community-based family outpatient health clinic located in
Hartford, CT. Interested candidates should preferably have a
minimum of 2 years of recent Nurse Practitioner experience. Under
the general direction of the supervising physician and Medical
Director, provide appropriate direct patient care through
assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of specific conditions. Assess
patient's physical and psychosocial health/illness status through
history taking and physical examination.
