Feel good about where you work and what you do!Starting at $36,000 a year!We are Aspire Living and Learning., a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.We are currently seeking Behavior Therapists to work in our school consultation division in Watertown, CT who are compassionate, caring, and dynamic to provide services to children with developmental, physical and or psychiatric disabilities within the school setting. As a Behavior Therapist you will be responsible for the implementation of educational and behavioral/ habilitative programs as determined by the Individualized Educational Plan of the students in your caseload.Our Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years of college or associates degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• Preferred experience working directly with children with autism in a behavioral format but not necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills in order to work cooperatively within the classroom,Our Behavior Therapist enjoy working with a fun team of dedicated professionals to support children with a variety of needs.
