Description Job Schedule: Full Time Standard Hours: 36 Job
Shift: Shift 3 Shift Details: 7a-7p STAR role. minimum 2 years ICU
experience. Strong skill set. Able to work independently outside
the ICU. US guided IV training provided. Work where -every moment

ICU SWOT RN will float throughout the hospital to assist with the
care of critically ill patients. This individual must possess
flexibility and a strong skill set.Under the direction and general
supervision of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse utilizes
evidence- based practices in accordance with the State Nurse
Practice Act, policies and procedures of the hospital and as
directed by the medical staff. The registered nurse who through
knowledge and ability, uses the nursing process to develop a plan
of care which includes standards of practice to meet the physical,
emotional spiritual, cultural and educational needs of the patient
and family.Qualifications RN with current Connecticut license
required/BSN preferredMust have a minimum of 3 years of ICU RN
experience -and be able to work independently caring for critically
ill patients outside of the ICU. -This individual will receive US
