The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community
teaching hospital, we provide comprehensive inpatient and
outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a
wide variety of specialties. Staffed by our talented team of
leading professionals, The Hospital of Central Connecticut provides
a wide array of services throughout the region, caring for patients
from birth through the end of life. The Float Pool at The Hospital
of Central Connecticut is comprised of experienced, highly skilled
Nursing professionals. Registered Nurses on the Float Pool Team
have a variety of skills, allowing them to transition from one
specialty to another with confidence and ease. The Float Pool Team
floats to our 10 units which include ED Observation/ Overflow
,Cardiology, Med / Surg, Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Neurology,
and Med / Surg at the Bradley Campus. Our RNs rely on extensive
nursing skills, strong communication and collaboration skills to
assimilate seamlessly into different units and provide the highest
levels of personalized, compassionate care to our patients.
Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum one-year recent Acute Care
RN experience required. Current Connecticut RN License required
prior to start date. BLS certification by the American Heart
