Job Description Job Opportunity: Nocturnist Physician in Troy,
NY Join our dynamic hospitalist group as a Nocturnist at a
reputable facility in Troy, New York. Enjoy working in a supportive
environment at a facility that values its medical staff while
providing exceptional patient care. Job Responsibilities: - Join an
established, employed hospital medicine program with excellent
colleagues and robust practice support. - Work in a closed ICU
environment; ICU providers handle critical care. - Manage rapid
response and codes; no procedures required by Hospitalists. - Work
12-hour shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am), on a 7 on/7 off schedule. -
Average daily patient census of 15-18 per physician. - Collaborate
with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as part of the team. - Open
to new graduates (upcoming 2025 and recent grads) and experienced
candidates. - Accepting H-1B visa candidates; J-1 waivers not
accepted. - Note: Not accepting locum candidates. Qualifications: -
Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility, working toward BC)
or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine -
REQUIRED - New York State License (or willingness to obtain) -
REQUIRED - DEA License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED -
Clean malpractice history and license - HIGHLY PREFERRED - Visa
support: J-1 or H-1B required if applicable - REQUIRED Licensure
and Certification Requirements: - Active New York State Medical
License. - Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine. - DEA Registration. Troy, NY, is a vibrant city
