Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) New
Britain, CT | Onsite | Full-Time We are hiring a passionate BCBA to
join our New Britain Learning Center. This role offers the
opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical team dedicated to
creating meaningful outcomes for children and families. What You’ll
Do Supervise and support RBTs Develop and oversee individualized
ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and
FBAs Review data regularly and adjust programs as needed Provide
parent training and staff coaching Maintain ethical and clinical
compliance Support a minimum of 28 impact hours per week What We’re
Looking For Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in
psychology, special education, or related field ABA and supervision
experience preferred Strong communication and clinical judgment
