Job Description:

college, is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Nurse III for our
E8 Rehabilitation Unit. This role is pivotal in providing excellent
patient care and supporting patient recovery, ensuring alignment
with our mission to advance healthcare through education and
research. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and
implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention or provide case management. Supervise licensed practical
nurses, nursing aides, and nursing students. Maintain a safe and
clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations; calling for assistance from other healthcare
professionals when necessary. Exceptional patient care and clinical
skills. Proficiency in using medical software and clinical
equipment. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle
emotionally charged situations. Current registered nurse license in
the state of operation. CPR certified. Certified Rehabilitation
Registered Nurse (CRRN) is preferred.
