standards. Provide high-quality nursing care for high-acuity
patients based on cutting-edge health protocols. Engage in
continuous education to remain adept with the latest in medical
procedures and equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to plan, evaluate, and optimize patient care. Implement patient
care plans meticulously while documenting patient progress. Educate
patients and their families about health conditions and
maintenance. Expertise in high-acuity patient care environments
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently
in high-stress situations Competence in disease management and
treatment protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of employment Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
