This role is pivotal in delivering advanced medical procedures in a dynamic hospital environment. You will apply your nursing skills to support various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to positive outcomes. Manage patient care in the operating room, ensuring all procedures adhere to hospital guidelines. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care during surgery. Administer medication and monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures. Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence. Participate in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the operating room. Educate patients and their families on preoperative and postoperative care. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection and ensure the highest patient safety. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Proficiency in managing OR technologies and equipment Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
