The chosen candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing expert nursing care in a dynamic, supportive environment aimed at recovery and health maintenance of surgical trauma patients. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general surgery trauma unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-operative care. Ensure the documentation of all treatment and nursing activities. Participate in the development and assessment of departmental policies and procedures. Strong clinical skills in a surgical or trauma setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in using medical software and patient care management systems Capability to perform under stress in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
