Provide compassionate and efficient direct patient care in accordance with patient care plans. Monitor patient health and progress while recording all pertinent information and vitals. Administer medications, manage IVs, and assist with other clinical tasks. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about health conditions and preventive care. Implement evidence-based nursing interventions and evaluate their effectiveness. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in professional development and nursing research initiatives. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of modern healthcare practices. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
