Clinical Nurse II to join our Medical Cardiology team. This role is
essential in managing complex patient care in a dedicated
cardiology unit. The ideal candidate will have profound expertise
in cardiology nursing, providing compassionate care aligned with
our commitment to excellence in a dynamic and supportive
environment. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to
patients in the cardiology unit. Assess patient health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients'
conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan or
provide treatment. Promote patients' independence by establishing
patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand
conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) Excellent patient assessment and care planning
skills Proficiency in cardiology patient management systems Strong
interdisciplinary communication abilities Capability in handling
high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing
(RN-BC) preferred BLS Certification
