Responsibilities Corroborate patient's clinical history with
procedure, assuring information is documented and available for the
licensed practitioners' use Prepare patient for procedure providing
instruction and education Select and operate magnetic resonance
system and related equipment Maintain professionalism, compassion,
and a demeanor consistent with medical ethics in all patient and
team interactions. Recognize essential conditions for successful
completion of procedure Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring
safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the exam
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, providers, and support
staff to ensure a seamless workflow and excellent patient outcomes
Support clinic operations and complete additional responsibilities

requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,
skill and ability to perform the essential functions: Minimum of
graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology Must
unrestricted NYS licensure and ARRT certification Must have ARRT
MRI certification or be willing to complete MRI certification
within 1 year of hire or transfer date Current with continuing
education requirements to maintain ARRT certification Additional
education in sectional human anatomy a plus Experience in medical
imaging Excellent communication and customer service skills Other
information: Ability to travel to other OrthoNY locations if needed
depending on staffing and needs. Reliable transportation is
essential
