Job Description Job Description The Dorm is a mission-driven,
client-centered mental health organization bringing comprehensive,
evidence-based treatment to young adults, ages 18-30. We are
looking for a passionate clinical intern to join our
multidisciplinary New York City team and mission of making a

Board (IRB). We blend individualized therapy and skills coaching,
hands-on family work, group-based clinical support and a bustling

our community and we hope that includes you! Objectives & Goal:
Utilizing evidence-based practices, we seek to ensure ethical and
responsive care to all clients and their families. Assist Clients
on an individual and community level to build mastery and gain
independence. To provide a robust learning experience, that is both
didactic and experiential. Access to weekly 1:1 Clinical
Supervision and weekly Group Supervision. Essential Job Duties:
Co-Facilitate Therapeutic Groups that are both Content and Process
based. Foster community development within the Dorm and promote
positive socialization. Complete all notes via electronic health
record in accordance with deadlines. Complete all necessary
training in accordance with policy and procedures. Assist clinical
team with obtaining drug toxicology screen on clients. Perform
additional job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Experience & Qualifications: Masters Degree in Related
Mental Health Field (MSW, MHC, MFT, PC) or currently in Masters
Program. Proficient computer skills, ability to complete clinical
notes and documentation accordingly. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work part time. We are an equal
