collaboration across their growing network. Key Responsibilities: •
Clinical Leadership: Guide the clinical vision and strategy for the
organization. • Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure
the highest standards of patient care. • Provider Support: Develop
resources to enhance cost-effective, quality care delivery. •
Compliance: Ensure adherence to clinical policies, regulations, and
performance standards. • Collaboration: Build strong relationships
with internal teams and external healthcare partners. • Staffing &
Retention: Develop and execute recruitment, retention, and
scheduling strategies. • Clinical Oversight: Dedicate 25% of time
in clinical settings to observe and mentor medical teams. •
Executive Involvement: Participate in high-level business and
clinical strategy discussions. Qualifications: • Medical License:
Unrestricted license in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. •
Board Certification: Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or
Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of
post-residency patient care, with leadership in urgent care or
emergency medicine. • Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare
laws, electronic health records (EPIC preferred), and clinical risk
