Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic practice in
the Hudson, New York area. This full-time position offers a
balanced schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, providing an
excellent work-life balance in a vibrant and scenic community. The
role focuses on bread-and-butter cases, with no hearts, neuro, OB,
or trauma cases, allowing you to leverage your expertise in a
streamlined and supportive environment. Optional call opportunities
are available for those seeking additional responsibilities and
compensation. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Salary:
$275,000 per year. Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 for a 2-year commitment.
Generous Vacation: 6 weeks of paid vacation annually. Comprehensive
Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision,
retirement plan, and malpractice coverage. Flexible Schedule: Four
10-hour shifts per week, with opportunities for call shifts to
supplement income. Key Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia for
a variety of general surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety
and comfort. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and
other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Monitor patients during procedures and in recovery, adjusting
anesthetic plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and
adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications:
Current CRNA certification and valid NY state license (or
eligibility). Strong clinical skills with experience in general
anesthesia cases. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
