Job Description:
Family Physician or Internist Client is seeking a Family
Physician or Internist to join our practice. Candidates must be
board-certified or board-eligible and residency trained. The
schedule is 4-5 days per week with some weekend rounding. Admission
to the hospital will be referred to the Hospital Medicine program.
Client is a Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and provide a
network of Family Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Dentists and Social
Workers. Client utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record
and Practice Management system. Approximately 1 night of call per
month. Phone call only. Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes:

Annual Visits : 10,500 Providers : 45 Client utilizes a fully
integrated practice management system and EMR that provides
Electronic integration with area hospitals and other providers.
Services Provided Sliding Fee Scale for those without insurance
Management of Chronic or Serious Illness Preventative Health Care
Minor Office Procedures Annual Physicals; work, school, camp and
sport physicals Radiology & Lab Services Women s Health Care
Behavioral Health Services Well Child Care Dental Services Pharmacy
