Job Description:
Sunrise Senior Living, a leader in providing individualized
senior care, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Care
Manager HHA/CNA to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in
implementing our high standards of care, ensuring that each
resident receives personalized attention that adheres to their
specific needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in
healthcare assistance, particularly within elderly care
environments, aligning with our mission to nurture and enhance the
lives of our residents. Deliver daily care to residents including
personal hygiene, dressing, using a patient-specific approach.
Monitor and record residents’ conditions by taking temperatures,
pulse, respiration, and weight, and possibly collecting blood and
urine samples. Facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs),
ensuring residents’ dignity and freedom of movement. Implement care
plans set forth by supervisory healthcare staff and contribute to
resident assessments. Assist in the use of devices such as walkers,
and guide residents in light physical exercises. High competency in
personal care and hygiene assistance. Basic understanding of
monitoring vitals and collecting samples. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team
environment. Knowledge of elderly care procedures and safety
standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health
Aide (HHA) certification required.
