Albany, NYFull-time; PermanentSeeking BC/BE Overview: In search of
an additional Colorectal Surgeon to join an established practice
Opportunity to join a team of four experienced, seasoned surgeons.
Practice provides comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment
for a wide range of colon and rectal conditions. Work closely with
referring physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to achieve
optimal patient outcomes. Surgeons are board certified and
fellowship trained. Expertise in both traditional open and
minimally invasive surgical approaches. Participate in rotational
and emergency room call coverage as part of the group’s commitment
to patient care. Hospital-employed position. Clinic office
conveniently located on the hospital campus. Competitive base
salary with additional earning opportunities through quality and
productivity incentives. Robust referral network. Call rotation of
1:5. Large, modern hospital facility Position Offers: Competitive
base salary including starting bonus. Compensation range of
$450,000–$500,000. Posted salary reflects starting total
compensation and excludes productivity bonuses, quality and
performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other
applicable cash compensation. CME allowance and additional benefits
typically provided by the medical group employer. Salary range
provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation
based on applicable factors. Excellent benefits including health,
vision, and dental insurance. Paid malpractice coverage, including
post-employment tail coverage. CME time and expense allowance. Paid
time away from the practice. Relocation assistance available.
Retirement savings programs including a 403(b) with employer match

range/amount is $450,000 - $500,000.
