Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare system, is seeking a
dedicated Clinical Nurse III to join our night team on the E4 ward.
This role is pivotal in providing exceptional nursing care,
supporting patient recovery, and maintaining high standards of
practice in a dynamic hospital environment. The successful
candidate will be an integral part of a committed team, delivering
comprehensive healthcare services and engaging in continuous
learning and development opportunities. Provide direct patient care
based on individual needs within the scope of practice and under
the supervision of physicians and senior staff. Participate in the
development and evaluation of nursing practices provided on the
ward. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient
health outcomes. Maintain patient records and administer
medications accurately according to healthcare regulations and
standards. Support patient and family education concerning illness
management and treatment plans. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency
in using electronic health records and medical software Capable of
physical stamina required for night shifts and emergency situations
