Implement and evaluate new clinical systems and practices to improve patient outcomes. Mentor junior nurses and assist in training programs. Strong clinical skills across various nursing departments Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Capability to manage multiple clinical tasks efficiently Proficiency in electronic health record systems Adept at crisis management and patient handling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
