Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Fall River, MA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $2,300 to $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - 14 Weeks - Fall River, MA Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Fall River, MA Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Contract Length: 14 Weeks Weekly Guarantee: 40 Hours Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting in Barrington, MA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist Accurately document treatments and maintain compliance with facility standards Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and safety techniques Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment Requirements Active PTA license in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in a long-term care or SNF setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Schedule & Compensation Full-time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 14-week contract assignment Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Benefits Completion Bonus Smooth onboarding process with a supportive and positive experience
