Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures,
ensuring sterility and readiness of instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and surgical teams by providing nursing care
before, during, and after surgery. Monitor patient vitals and
respond promptly to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with
healthcare teams to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance
with regulatory requirements. Desired Qualifications: Current
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. Proven experience in Operating
Room nursing (RN-OR). Strong knowledge of surgical procedures,
sterile techniques, and perioperative nursing care. Ability to work
efficiently in high-pressure settings and communicate effectively
with multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to patient-centered care
