Maxillofacial Surgery group in central Connecticut that is actively
seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join its expanding team in
Meriden. This respected surgical group has built a strong reputation
across Connecticut for clinical excellence, patient-centered care,
and deep-rooted referral relationships. With multiple modern
facilities throughout the state, the practice offers a robust and
consistent case volume that includes dentoalveolar surgery,
implantology, bone grafting, pathology, full-scope oral and
maxillofacial procedures, and advanced surgical services. growth and quality of life. This role offers a clearly structured path toward long-term
partnership or ownership within a doctor-led organization. The
practice is committed to sustainable growth, mentorship, and
providing surgeons with a meaningful stake in the future of the
organization. Compensation is based on a tiered collections structure that
allows earnings to grow alongside productivity. Thanks to strong
reimbursement rates and consistent case flow, the earning potential
is substantial. To ensure a confident and secure start, the practice offers a
$33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year,
or compensation under the tiered collections model whichever is
greater. This provides financial stability while credentialing,
referral alignment, and scheduling ramp up. After year one,
compensation transitions fully to the tiered collections model. To further support the transition into practice, the group
provides $2,000 per month during the first year to
assist with student loan repayment while building a patient
base. Relocation assistance is negotiable. Clinical excellence is a priority. Surgeons receive a
$2,500 annual CE allowance to support advanced
training, travel, and course expenses. Four (4) weeks of paid time off annually.
