Salary Range: $200k-$220k (varies, depending on years of experience)

What You ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to a multidisciplinary care team
• Partner closely with site leadership to support day-to-day operations and patient care delivery
• Deliver direct patient care in a primary care setting
• Mentor and support providers, helping elevate clinical quality and best practices
• Contribute to improving workflows, patient outcomes, and overall clinic performance
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Help foster an inclusive, patient-centered environment for diverse communities

What We re Looking For

• Active New York State medical license (MD or DO)
• At least 1+ year of post-residency clinical experience in primary care
• Interest in stepping into a leadership or supervisory role
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
• Experience in HIV/AIDS care or AAHIVS certification
• Background in reproductive health (including LARC such as IUD/Nexplanon)
• Exposure to transgender care, pediatrics, or chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
