We are currently seeking dedicated and clinically strong Full-Time RN Supervisors for the 3PM to 11PM shift.Position Summary:The RN Supervisor will oversee day-to-day clinical activities and provide leadership to healthcare personnel including LPNs and CNAs. This role includes clinical decision-making, patient care management, and acting as a liaison between departments to ensure high standards of resident care.Key Responsibilities:Complete admission assessments and reassessments on all patients.Supervise nursing staff.Collaborate with medical staff to address and meet resident needs.Administer medications, wound care, and individualized interventions.Educate patients and staff based on identified learning needs.Assess residents' physical and psycho-social conditions regularly.Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation and improved efficiency.Maintain and manage medical supplies and equipment.Ensure infection control protocols are upheld according to DOH standards.Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.Monitor and report incidents, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.Qualifications:Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)Minimum 3 years of RN experience (Preferred)Current BLS Certification (Required)Why Join Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen?At Sapphire, we foster a warm and respectful environment where residents are treated with dignity and compassion.
