Summary As the Café Manager, you will lead all aspects of breakfast
and lunch service, Monday through Friday, in our café and coffee
bar. The main focus for this position is maintaining strong
attention to detail, ensuring all signage, presentation standards,
and overall guest experience meet expectations. Key
Responsibilities: Lead café operations and ensure exceptional
service for all guests Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates
Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and cleaning
standards Manage operations within the established budget Perform
additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of
café operations experience; leadership experience preferred A
strong desire to lead and grow professionally within the
hospitality industry Operational knowledge of POS systems,
marketing and retail standards, and sanitation regulations
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use ServSafe or Department of
Health certification preferred Associates at Restaurant Associates
