(Newark), we’re looking for an Event Security Lead (Team Leader) to
ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests at some of Newark’s
most exciting nightlife events. If you have the experience,
confidence, and leadership skills to manage a security team, we’d

guests. Position Summary As the Event Security Lead , you’ll play a
critical role in overseeing security operations during events.
You’ll manage a team of security personnel, ensure safety protocols
are followed, and act as the point of contact for any
security-related concerns. This is a leadership role that requires
experience, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing Leading and supervising a team of security
personnel during events. Monitoring event spaces to ensure the
safety of guests, staff, and performers. Enforcing venue policies
and procedures, including crowd control and access management.
Responding promptly to incidents or emergencies and coordinating
with relevant authorities if needed. Conducting pre-event briefings
with the security team to outline responsibilities and
expectations. Maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor
while interacting with guests and staff. What We’re Looking For 3
years of experience in security, preferably in event or nightlife
settings. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and
motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure
situations. Knowledge of safety protocols and crowd management
techniques. A professional and reliable attitude with a focus on
