and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our team. This is a unique
opportunity to lead the kitchen of a high-volume Japanese
restaurant, where creativity, collaboration, and genuine
hospitality are at the core of everything we do. The ideal
candidate is inspired by Japanese culinary traditions and
techniques while bringing fresh ideas to the table. Chef de Cuisine

Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef and/or 1
year as a CDC in full-service, high-volume restaurants Open
availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong
understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking
techniques Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Demonstrated skill in
inspiring, motivating, and developing employees Flexible and
adaptable to ongoing changes Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background &
Skills Experience in events and banquet operations Passion for
Japanese food culture and dining experiences Knowledge of sake,
Japanese beverages, or pairing principles Track record of
maintaining consistent quality and presentation standards Strong
collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless guest
experiences Creative problem-solving and organizational skills
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
