& Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory
role within a full-service restaurant. Strong commitment to
outstanding guest service and hospitality. Ability to effectively
resolve guest issues and maintain high service standards. Service
Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience in a fast-paced
dining environment. Familiarity with front-of-house operations and
team leadership. Service Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on leadership
style. Inspire, support, and coach the front-of-house team to
deliver standout guest service. Ensure guest satisfaction through
prompt issue resolution and positive interactions. Lead by example
during busy service periods, stepping into support roles as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient
service. Monitor guest flow, wait times, and team productivity to
meet service standards. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and food
handling protocols.
