Job Description:
HR Coordinator Our client is looking for a highly organized and
proactive HR Coordinator to join our team with a primary focus on
recruiting and talent acquisition. In this role, you'll play a
critical part in supporting the end-to-end hiring process, from
sourcing and scheduling to onboarding. Main Responsibilities of the
HR Coordinator Coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process
including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate
communication, and offer letters Maintain and update applicant
tracking systems and recruitment dashboards Source candidates
through various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and
employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate
outreach and phone interviews as needed Partner with hiring
managers to understand role requirements and ensure a streamlined
recruiting process Assist in the development and execution of
employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Support
onboarding efforts for new hires including background checks,
paperwork, and orientation coordination Track and report on
recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline progress
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Coordinator: Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
preferred 1-3 years of experience in an HR or recruiting support
role Experience with Paycom Strong attention to detail, time
management, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and
