People Strategy Partner to join our People Team. Oscar is the first

family. About the role: The People Strategy Partner empowers
departmental leaders in achieving their department goals. This is
done by supporting leaders in aligning their strategic outcomes to
broader company objectives and ensuring that the right roadmaps,
management processes and talent are in place to achieve outcomes.
This role will have a deep understanding of the functions'
operations allowing them to assess their effectiveness, as well as
provide feedback and insight on the function, functional leader and
team performance. This role will be a strategic thought partner to
business leaders as they work through human capital processes,
connect dots and build stakeholder alignment across the
organization. You will report into the Chief People Officer. Work
Location: This position is based in our New York City office,
requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per
week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and
events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your
schedule. LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role
is: $135,792-$178,227. You are also eligible for employee benefits,
participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual
performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Assist technology or
insurance leaders with the development and maintenance of
departmental strategy including mid-level outcomes, stakeholder
management, management processes, etc. Support leaders in driving
overall talent strategy and talent management for department Be
proactive and anticipate change, providing critical and timely
input about consequences and implications of local law and best
practices to all internal stakeholders Support and train managers
to coach their team and take disciplinary actions if needed;
counseling managers. Influence senior leadership through
synthesized themes and business needs Provide strategic insight to
leadership to enable them to see around corners Be a consistent
thought partner on a broad set of issues, providing ongoing
feedback. Support a culture of trust, promoting open & honest
communication. Train and coach managers and employees on best
practices and adhering to company values. Partner cross
functionally within the People team on the development and change
management of new programming and assist in facilitating ongoing
programming with business stakeholders Work with managers to
maintain efficient organizational structures Compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned
Requirements: 6 years work experience of People Team Experience 4
years experience with leadership principles, frameworks, and
industry practices related to team performance such as talent
management, professional development, organizational design,
workforce planning. Bonus points: Human Resources Professional
Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) Consulting Skills Workday

amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by
factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
