Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician Location: Bronx, NY Schedule: Full-Time Role Highlights Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations Diagnose and manage acute & chronic conditions Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Order labs, imaging, and specialist referrals Deliver preventive care and lifestyle counseling Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant medical documentation Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative/Hospice Completed U.S. residency or 5-year pathway Active New York medical license DEA & DPS (or eligible during credentialing) Primary care or clinical diagnostic experience preferred Benefits Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off (PTO) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
