As an Embedded Service Technician II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting our state-of-the-art security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional technical support Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs of all security hardware and software systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electronic security systems. Install, configure, and upgrade security systems as required. Provide training and support to clients on new system installations and updates. Ensure all technical activities adhere to regulatory standards. Proficiency with electronic security systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals Proficient in the use of tools and software for system repair Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level II Any additional manufacturer-specific certifications are a plus
